About the Event
Registration opens April 8th for ACE members and May 8th for the general public. Registration closes September 14, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY:
The festival is open to vendors selling arts, crafts, antiques, collectibles, and quality merchandise or services. We will be limiting the number of similar items vendors can sell. Each registration must include a detail description of what items or services will be sold. Franchise rules will be followed to avoid duplication of those items for sale; only one of any National company will be permitted. If you your booth is selling items from any catergory and providing a service, you will have to purchase the space for that item and the service, also. For example, you are a face painter and are selling light up toys, you will need to purchase the vending space for each. Please chose the catergory that best fit your items. The Event Committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor rental space. Items not included in the description listed on the application form will not be allowed for sale. Absolutely no garage sale booths. No exceptions.
VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION:
Merchandise booth spaces are 10 x 10 with no limit to the number of spaces that a vendor can rent.
. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, extension cords and display fixtures. Tents MUST have weights.
Tents will not be allowed if there aren't weights to hold them down.
· Please consider that as with any outdoor festival, there is always the possibility of inclement weather. This is a RAIN or SHINE EVENT! There will NOT be a makeup date for this event. In the event of inclement weather or other act of God that requires cancelling of the event, all monies received will be converted to a donation and you will receive a tax deductible donation form in the mail.
No refunds will be honored after your registration has been processed.
Electricity - (for 20-amp plug-in for booths requiring electricity) $30 for the day. Please bring a 25' minimum extension cord.
FOOD VENDORS: We will be limiting the number of similar food items that Food Vendors may sell. Please select below your food vendor catogory. Food Vendors MUST provide a list of ALL the food items to be sold at the booth. Items MAY NOT be added later. Vendors may only sell items in the category they selected. No duplication from other food categories will be accepted unless additiional fee is paid for that category. For example, you are a requesting to sell funnel cakes and lemonade. Both food booth spaces must be purchased. Food Vendors must register and apply for the necessary permits from the City of Baytown Health Department (281-420- 5384) and Fire Administration (281-422-2311).
